Bryce decided to go back for his PhD and I decided to pursue National Board Teacher Certification while we were still in the adoption trenches because we were so sick of putting everything on hold, and it provided a great distraction (and added more stress but whatever) but most importantly these are things that will impact our lives moving forward no matter what. Great point! I wish you all the best in your studies (ack to medical lectures!) and am glad it is something that is helpful, if at times hard, during this time of grief.
